Delivery

For orders up to USD2000 Express Delivery is complimentary. We aim to ship your order within 1 business day of purchase with FedEx unless specified otherwise, and pending availability and credit verification. Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.

Shipping Methods

  • Collect In Showroom (The Centrium, Central, Hong Kong) – Order by 12pm for same day/next day collection (Monday - Friday). You will receive an email notification to arrange collection when your order is ready.
  • HK Next Day – Order by 12pm for next day delivery. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day (Monday – Friday).
  • International Priority Express – Order by 5pm for next working day dispatch. Delivery estimates are 3-5 working days for EU & US & 5-7 working days for ROW (Monday – Friday).

Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays out of our control.

Rest of World : USA, Canada, UK, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Bahrain, Israel, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE

Please note that even for countries that we will deliver to, there may be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export/import. Other destinations may be available on request, please contact us on Email: info@paragon.com 

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your piece of jewellery for any reason, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days. Please contact us straightaway on info@paragon.com with details of your return request. 

We can only accept your return if your items are in their unworn and immaculate condition with the jewellery pouch, box and certificate included in their original state from the country that the order was delivered to. 

Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke, remodelled jewellery or jewellery that has been resized, engraved on behalf of a client cannot be returned or exchanged.
